Good facilitation enhances group decision making and can also help with difficult conversations. I have facilitated different sizes of groups, from church councils to whole churches. Some facilitations have helped to move a church on in a period of crisis. Others have created a common sense of purpose and direction. I aim to ensure that each person can have a voice and to partner with organisations to discern a way forward.
